For a pharmacist, specializing in a functional, root-cause approach isn’t a pivot away from our training, it’s a natural extension of it.

After more than two decades in pharmacy practice, she transitioned into education to create a safe, practical space where women can learn how their hormones, metabolism, stress, and daily habits work together.
