Interactive health education for women, designed to make complex health and medication topics easier to understand.
As a pharmacist and educator, I provide small-group educational workshops that translate complex health and medication information into practical knowledge women can understand and use.
Workshops are designed for adult women through private health and wellness practices and create space for questions, discussion, and meaningful conversation.
Current Workshop Topics
“Perimenopause: Understanding the Changes”
An educational look at the physical and hormonal changes that can occur during perimenopause, helping women better understand what is happening in their bodies and what questions they may want to discuss with their healthcare providers.
“Hormone Replacement Therapy: What Women Should Know”
A pharmacist-led educational overview of hormone replacement therapy, including commonly discussed medications, how they work, potential benefits and risks, and important questions to consider when talking with a healthcare professional.
What Makes the Workshops Interactive?
These aren’t lectures where participants simply sit and listen. Workshops are designed to encourage questions, discussion, and active participation so attendees can connect the information to real-world health decisions.
Workshop Details
- Format: In-person
- Group size: 3–15 participants
- Length: 60 minutes
- Investment: $150 per workshop secured by the hosting practice
The $150 fee covers a 60-minute small-group educational workshop. The host practice or organization may choose to offer the workshop as a complimentary service or determine its own participant fee.
Educational, Not Medical Care
These workshops are designed for general health education and medication literacy. They do not provide individual medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or a substitute for care from a participant’s healthcare provider.
Questions about an individual’s health or medications should be discussed with their personal practitioner, pharmacist, or other healthcare professional.
